Spring, summer and autumn.
6 days long riding camp
All camps last from Monday morning to Saturday evening. On well trained and reliable Islandic horses you will experience the beautiful nature of the mountain Ørskogfjellet in Western Norway. The tours follow laid out tracks, from lush forest all the way up to meager mountain tops. Most nights will be spent in a cabin in Skitnesetra on Ørskogfjellet. The cabin will be our daily starting point for 3-7 hours long rides. We finish off with a competition on saturday. All luggage will be brought to the cabin. If the weather allows, we might sleep outside under the stars. We have also put up a jacuzzi tub and an outdoor grill by the cabin, which have been very popular.

Equipment
Participants need to bring the following equipment:
- A sleeping bag
- Toilet articles
- Towels
- A lot of warm cloths (woolen)
- Gloves
- Riding pants or jeans
- Proper rainwear
- Riding boots/rubber boots (preferably two pairs)
- Ground pad if sleeping outside
Riding helmet
Bring a riding helmet or borrow one for free from Kjellbotn Stable.
Age limit
The age limit for participation on our tours is 10 years. Younger participants are only allowed if accompanied by a person older than 14. All our tours are for both the beginner and the experienced.
Meeting point
Monday at 10:00 by Kjellbotn Stable, Ørskogfjell.

Departure
Saturday at 14:00.
