6 days riding camp

All tours start on Monday morning and ends Saturday afternoon. In well-trained and familiar with the mountains Icelandic horses will experience the mountains as it manifests itself in Ørskogfjellet in More and Romsdal. The tours run on trails through lush forests to barren fjelltopper.Alle nights will take place in a cabin on Dirty Setra on Ørskogfjellet. The cabin is the starting point for tours every day of the week. Saturday we finish with the competition. Outside the cottage is now scheduled hot tub and barbecue, which is very populating and is often used in the evenings.

Equipment

Participants must bring the following equipment yourself:

• Sleeping bag
• Bed linen
• Pute
• Pillow
• Towels
• Lots of warm clothes (woolen)
• Gloves
• Breeches or jeans
• Proper oil cloth (regtøy)
• Boots / gummistøler (preferably two sets)
• Sleeping pad
• Mosquito hat
• Shoes

Riding Helmet

Take your riding helmet or borrow for free from Stall Kjellbotn.

Age

The age limit for participation in riding camp is 10 years. Young participants can be included only if they are accompanied by a person over 14 years. And all riding with us, both for beginners and experienced.

Meeting Location

Monday at 10.00 at the Stable Kjellbotn, Department Ørskogfjellet Dirty Setra. Do you want to come on Sunday evening, please contact us.
